We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from our gallery. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- With any original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@yoda-art.com
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- The return shipping address
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Detailed instructions for shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@yoda-art.com with a description and photo(s) of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom artworks
- Limited edition or unique pieces
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale
Please contact us before ordering if you have any doubts about return eligibility.
Made-to-Order Notice
All our artworks are made to order, unless clearly indicated otherwise. As such, please consider this when placing your order, especially for returns related to change of mind.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to:
- Request a return.
- Place a new order once your return is accepted.
We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This applies to standard (non-customized) items only.
Returned items must be:
- In unused, original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
