Return & Refund Policy – Yoda Art

At Yoda Art, we want every customer to feel confident when buying wall art online. Our return & refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind while respecting the nature of made-to-order and custom artworks.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Our wall art return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the artwork must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Shipped back in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Please note: items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin the art refund process, please contact us at contact@yoda-art.com. Once approved, you will receive:

  • The return shipping address
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Step-by-step return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged artwork, the wrong product, or a defective piece, contact us immediately with photos at contact@yoda-art.com.

We will ensure a damaged art return guarantee by either:

  • Sending you a replacement
  • Issuing a full refund

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom artworks
  • Made-to-order wall art created specifically for you
  • Unique or limited edition pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges & Alternatives

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, please:

  1. Request a return under our policy.
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved.

This ensures faster processing and stock availability.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided it is a standard (non-customized) product. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and credit card companies may take an additional 5 business days to process.
